DreamNest respects intellectual property rights. We will respond to valid DMCA takedown notices promptly and remove infringing content within 24 hours of receiving a valid notice.

How to Submit a Takedown Request

To submit a DMCA takedown notice, please send the following information to [email protected]:

  1. Your full legal name and contact information
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  3. The specific URL(s) on our site where the infringing content is located
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized
  5. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

Our Process

  1. We will acknowledge receipt of your notice within 24 hours
  2. We will review the notice for validity
  3. Upon valid notice, we will immediately remove or disable access to the content
  4. We will maintain a log of all DMCA actions for legal compliance
